From a connected account to a published video.
The whole workflow stays under the control of the account owner, from the first connection to publishing and tracking.
1. Connect an account
The owner opens BowVerse Studio, chooses "Add channel" and selects the platform (for example TikTok). They are sent to the platform's own official login and consent screen, where they sign in and grant the permissions the app requests. For TikTok this uses Login Kit; the consent screen lists exactly what the app can do (read profile info, read account statistics, upload and publish videos).
No password is ever entered inside BowVerse Studio — authorisation happens on the platform's own website, and access can be revoked at any time.
2. Prepare the content
The operator creates a post: they add a video from the media library or upload a new one, write a caption adapted to each channel, and pick the channels to publish to. For TikTok they also choose the privacy level for the post.
3. Schedule or publish
The post can be placed on the calendar for a future time slot, saved as a draft for review, or published immediately. When it is published, the video is sent to the connected account through the platform's official API — for TikTok, via Direct Post through the Content Posting API.
4. Track the results
Once an account is connected, BowVerse Studio reads its public statistics (followers, likes, video count) and shows them back to the owner in the Analytics view, so they can follow how the channels they manage are performing.
Who is in control
Every action — connecting an account, preparing a post, scheduling and publishing — is initiated by the account owner. BowVerse Studio only ever acts on the owner's own accounts and on content they have prepared. No data from third parties is accessed, and the owner can disconnect an account at any time.
