What is BowVerse Studio?
BowVerse Studio is a social media management platform used by the BowVerse network to plan, schedule, publish and track its own video content across several social platforms from one workspace.
Which platforms does it support?
TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Discord. Each account is connected through that platform's own official authorisation flow.
How is a TikTok account connected?
Through TikTok's official Login Kit. The owner signs in on TikTok's own website and grants the permissions shown on the consent screen. No TikTok password is ever entered inside BowVerse Studio.
How does publishing to TikTok work?
BowVerse Studio uses TikTok's Content Posting API. The owner uploads their own video, chooses a privacy level, and the video is posted directly to their connected account via Direct Post. Only content the owner has prepared is published.
What TikTok data does the app read?
It reads the basic profile information of the connected account (open id, display name, avatar), additional profile details, and the account's own statistics (followers, likes, video count) to show them back to the owner. It does not read private messages or contacts, and does not access anyone else's data.
Is BowVerse Studio a public service?
No. It is an internal tool for the BowVerse network's own accounts. Registration is closed — accounts are connected and controlled by their owner.
Can an account be disconnected?
Yes, at any time. The owner can disconnect an account inside BowVerse Studio, or revoke access from the platform's own settings. When access is revoked, the associated tokens are removed and the app can no longer act on the account.
How is data stored and shared?
Access tokens are stored in encrypted form on the operator's own self-hosted infrastructure. Data from connected accounts is used solely to operate the publishing and analytics features, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
